full fat natural live yoghurt
almond milk, unsweetened
porridge oats (use certified gluten-free oats if possible)
frozen mixed berries
mixed seeds (sunflower, flax, pumpkin)
Soak the oats and Acai powder in the almond milk overnight.
The following day blend this with the yoghurt until smooth.
Add the frozen berries, making sure the consistency is still firm.
Divide and pour into four bowls.
Garnish each with the mixed seeds and mango and enjoy!
