coconut flakes toasted
Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, water and ground turmeric in a bowl and leave to soak overnight.
The following day divide the chia mixture between four bowls.
Toast the coconut flakes on a medium hot pan for a few minutes.
Top each bowl with the blueberries, chopped almonds and toasted coconut flakes.
Serve and enjoy!
