turkey breast, cooked, sliced

avocado sliced, with a little squeeze of lemon juice

plum tomatoes, sliced

red chard, washed and dried

Icelandic style yoghurt

salt

pepper

METHOD

Butter the bread with the yoghurt.
Shred the turkey over the tomato, avocado and then top with the baby red chard.
Lightly season and close the sandwich.
