coconut milk (tinned)
almond milk (unsweetened)
toasted sunflower seeds
toasted pumpkin seeds
Wash and chop the spinach, banana, cucumber, dates and nuts for the base.
Blend all the base ingredients together.
Place the coconut, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds on a baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Once toasted leave to cool.
Divide the smoothie between 4 bowls and top with the coconut, sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds and enjoy!
