Super Fruit + Multi Seed Oat Bircher

INGREDIENTS

Main
porridge oats (must be whole oats, preferably organic)
160g
apple juice
200ml
goji berries
15g
Greek style full fat yoghurt
300ml
pomegranate seeds
40g
blueberries (frozen or fresh)
40g
braeburn apples grated - skin on
100g
mixed sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds
40g

METHOD

Soak the oats in the apple juice and goji berries for at least 2 hours (although you can do this 24hrs in advance).
Add the grated apple and the yoghurt and mix well.
Add this bircher mixture to your bowls.
Top the bowls with fruit and seeds and enjoy!
