Vacherin granola (gluten free)
Make the Vacherin granola for this recipe.
Blend all the ingredients for the base until smooth.
Place the coconut and nuts on a baking tray and toast for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to avoid burning. Once toasted leave to cool.
Divide the smoothie base between the four bowls and top with berries, nuts and granola and enjoy!
