Sesame, Mango + Coco Bircher

INGREDIENTS

jumbo porridge oats
200g
black sesame seeds
30g
coconut water
400ml
Greek yoghurt
120g
Topping
toasted coconut chips
25g
mango, finely diced
60g

METHOD

Soak the oats overnight in coconut water, with toasted black sesame seeds.
The next day stir the mix to loosen and add the yoghurt.
Divide the mix in the 4 bowls.
Top each bowl with mango and toasted coconut and enjoy!
