coconut milk (fresh or boxed)
toasted desiccated coconut
toasted pumpkin seeds
toasted sunflower seeds
goji berries, soaked for 30 minutes by covering in water in a bowl
Place oats, coconut milk, vanilla, water and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer on medium to low heat.
Stir until the water is just absorbed and the porridge has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Drain the goji berries.
Serve in bowls and top with the cacao powder, desiccated coconut, toasted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, strawberries and soaked goji berries and enjoy!
