red pepper, deseeded and diced
red onion, peeled and diced
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Marinate and roast the salmon for 10-12 minutes and allow to cool. Flake.
Make the salsa.
Spread the yoghurt over the wrap.
Layer the salmon, salsa, gherkins and lettuce on top.
Fold up the wrap.
