Icelandic style yoghurt
Place the oats, powder, water, eggs, vanilla and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer (stirring constantly) on a medium to low heat.
Let it simmer until the water is absorbed and the porridge has thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Slightly loosen mixture with water if necessary.
Divide between four bowls and top with the yoghurt and fruit and chia seed toppings and enjoy!
