raw beetroot, peeled and chopped weight
raspberries, fresh or frozen
prunes, soaked in 90ml water
piece organic lemon (including the peel)
plant based protein powder (non-allergenic)
wheatgrass powder (or spirulina / chlorella powder)
Soak prunes overnight in water, or for a minimum of one hour.
Pour the soaked prunes and their liquid into a blender.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend on high until completely smooth.
Per 350g serving
