Poached Egg Hot Pot Breakfast

INGREDIENTS

medium eggs

plum tomatoes (4 x 100g)

flat mushroom (4 x 75g)

baked beans (salt & sugar free)
200g
extra virgin olive oil
4 tsp
salt
pinch
pepper
pinch

METHOD

Grill the mushrooms and tomatoes on a high heat – quarter.
Poach the eggs to your liking.
Heat the beans.
Drain the eggs on kitchen paper when ready.
Serve in a pot with layering with beans / mushrooms / tomatoes / eggs.
