roasted chicken (meat weight)
cos lettuce, washed and shredded
celery sticks finely sliced
red onion finely sliced
chopped flat leaf parsley
cherry tomatoes, halved
Bind the pulled chicken with the mayo and add the celery, roasted pine nuts, and chopped parsley.
Place this mixture on the wrap and add the cos lettuce, then the red onion and cherry tomatoes.
Roll the wrap and enjoy!
