jumbo porridge oats (must be whole oats, preferably organic)
whole almonds, skin on
Cover the oats, cinnamon, almonds and half of the seeds with the water and soak overnight.
Tip the contents into a saucepan, add a little milk to loosen the mixture and bring to the boil.
Simmer for a few minutes and add the rest of the milk to bring to the desired thickness.
Garnish with the remaining seeds and blueberries.
