porridge oats (must be whole oats, preferably organic)
Braeburn apple (grated - skin on)
mixed sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds
Soak the oats in the apple juice and moringa and refrigerate overnight.
Add the yoghurt and grated apple and mix well.
Divide the bircher mixture into four bowls and top with the berries and seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
