Poach the eggs to your liking. Drain on paper.
Wilt the spinach in a hot pan with a little olive oil - season. Drain on paper if necessary.
Heat the freekah, season and drizzle with the olive oil.
Place in a pot, or suitable container with the hummus and top with the spinach and eggs.
Dust with the dukkah.
