METHOD

Spread the re-fried beans on the corn tortilla then crumble the quark and sprinkle the cheddar on top.
Spoon the corn salsa then garnish with the spring onion, coriander, cos lettuce and a squeeze of lime.
Roll the wrap and enjoy!
