porridge oats (must be whole oats, preferably organic)
Braeburn apple (grated - skin on)
mixed sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds
Soak the oats in the apple juice and matcha for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Add the yoghurt and grated apple and mix well.
Divide the bircher mixture into four bowls and top with the berries and seeds.
Serve and enjoy!
