fillet hot smoked peppered mackerel, skinned and flaked

Greek yoghurt
80g
bunch chives, snipped
10g
watercress
80g
lemon, juiced

pepper

METHOD

Lightly mash the fish, chives, lemon juice and cream cheese.
Spread over both sides of the bread.
Top with the watercress and place the other slice of bread on top.
