slices malted grain bread
8 x 40g
salmon, skinless and boneless (300g cooked weight)
400g
wasabi
20g
Icelandic style yoghurt
80g
cucumber, sliced, prepped weight
160g
mâché (lambs) lettuce
20g
salt
0.5g
pepper
0.5g

METHOD

Season and steam the salmon, flake. Allow to cool.
Mix the wasabi with the yoghurt.
Butter the bread with this mixture and top one half with slice cucumber, salmon and then the mâché.
Close the sandwich.
