8 x 50g
salmon, skinless and boneless
300g
wasabi
20g
Icelandic style yoghurt
80g
cucumber, sliced
120g
maché lettuce
100g
salt
0.5g
pepper
0.5g

METHOD

Season and steam the salmon, flake. Allow to cool.
Mix the wasabi with the yoghurt.
Butter the bread with this mixture and top one half with salmon and then the cucumber.
Close the sandwich.
