Green Puree Topping
Soak the oats overnight in the apple juice, protein powder, grated apple and lemon juice.
The next day stir the mix to loosen by adding the cinnamon and yoghurt.
For the puree add all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth.
Place four bowls and separate the mix by layering each bowl with ¼ base puree, ½ bircher and then top with the puree.
Serve and enjoy!
