kale, chopped into 1-inch thick strips, stems removed

cucumber

spinach

avocado, pitted and peeled weight

dates, pitted
100g
soya milk
360ml
water
400ml

METHOD

Add all ingredients to your blender, saving the soy milk for last.
Once you have filled the blender with soy milk and water, puree ingredients to desired consistency.
Divide between four glasses and enjoy!
