fresh turmeric root, peeled and grated
Blend the turmeric with the apple juice.
Soak the oats overnight in apple juice, turmeric, grated apple and raisins.
The next day stir the mix to loosen and add the cinnamon and yoghurt.
Prepare the topping ingredients, cutting as even as possible.
Place the bircher into the four bowls and top evenly across the top with the diced mango, sliced blueberries and pomegranate.
