spinach tortilla wraps

goats’ cheese, crumbled
raw beetroot, very finely sliced
cucumber, finely sliced
baby spinach, picked and washed
Peel goats’ cheese and crumble.
Prepare the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Assemble wrap with spinach, beetroot, avocado, goats’ cheese and cucumber, dust with the baobab powder.
Roll the wrap tightly and enjoy!
