avocado, sliced (prepped weight)

hummus
100g
sweet potato falafels (pre-cooked is advisable for ease)
120g
tomatoes, sliced
200g
rocket leaves
100g
coriander
7g

METHOD

Slice the pitta lengthways, spread the hummus on the bottom half and then place the rocket on top.
Finely slice the tomato and place neatly on top of the rocket then top with the cooked falafel and garnish with fresh coriander leaf and enjoy!
