Eggy Beetroot Hummus Wrap

spinach wraps
4 x 10” (60g)
medium eggs (hardboiled for 7 minutes), sliced
8 x 50g
beetroot, cooked
160g
hummus
160g
red chard
80g
salt

freshly milled black pepper
1g

METHOD

Blend the beetroot and the hummus together, season.
Spread the beetroot hummus on the wrap.
Slice the egg over this, then the chard.
Push together, cut and serve.
