egg hardboiled for 6 minutes, cooled, peeled and sliced (200g prepped weight)
avocado, sliced (peeled weight)
plum tomatoes, quartered, roasted and cooled (240g cooked weight)
Pre-roast the tomatoes. Cool.
Butter the bread with the mayonnaise.
Layer the rest of the ingredients on top.
Top with the maché and place the other slice of bread on top.
Per 275g serving
