large (200g) avocado, peeled weight
medium slices granary bread
red pepper flakes, to garnish
Hard boil the egg for 6 minutes and cool.
Peel shell and slice the egg into rounds.
Toast the bread.
Smash the avocado slices and add lemon juice and salt and pepper to season.
Top the toast with the smashed avocado.
Arrange slices of hard-boiled egg on top and sprinkle with freshly ground salt, pepper and chilli and enjoy!
