lean sliced cooked turkey
braeburn apple, thinly sliced and coated in juice of ½ lemon (cored peeled weight)
cooking apple (cored peeled weight)
mizuna leaves, washed and dried
Make apple sauce with the cooking apple and sugar. Cool.
Spread the yoghurt over the top half of the wrap.
Spread the apple over the bottom half of the wrap.
Layer the turkey, sliced apple and mizuna on top. Lightly season.
Fold up the wrap.
