vegan cream cheese

roasted & sliced red peppers, cooked and prepped weight

basil pesto (vegan and nut free)
40g
red onion thinly sliced in rings
50g
alfalfa cress
40g

METHOD

Spread the cream cheese on the onion bread first then spoon the pesto on top.
Place the sliced roasted red pepper and red onion on top and garnish with alfalfa cress.
Close sandwich and enjoy!
