Cottage Cheese + Pineapple Pot

cottage cheese

edamame beans
200g
pineapple flesh, diced
200g
sesame seed, toasted
10g

METHOD

Divide the ingredients in four and layer the cottage cheese, then diced pineapple and then edamame beans in each bowl.
Toast the sesame seeds in a medium to hot pan for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly to avoid burning.
Top each bowl with the toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
