Add the oats, chia seeds and camu camu powder to a large jar and stir or shake to combine.
Add the vanilla extract, oat milk and Greek yoghurt and stir well.
Divide the mixture between four bowls, leaving a gap at the top for the garnish. Place the bowls in the refrigerator overnight.
Top each bowl with the berries and coconut and enjoy!
