fresh or thawed frozen blackberries
desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
coconut milk (boxed or fresh)
tinned coconut milk
Mash the berries in a bowl using a fork.
Add vanilla, honey, coconut and chia seeds and mix to combine.
Pour over the milk and mix and separate to the four bowls.
Soak to set overnight in the fridge.
Top each bowl with nut butter, kiwi fruit and mint and enjoy!
