8 x 30g medium slices
turkey, cooked, sliced

avocado diced

tomato, sliced
160g
beetroot greens, washed and dried
80g
Icelandic style yoghurt
80g
salt
0.5g
pepper
2g

METHOD

Butter the bread with the yoghurt.
Layer the rest of the ingredients on top.
Shred the turkey over the first slice, topped with the tomato, avocado and beet greens.
Lightly season and close the sandwich.
