Bee Me Buckwheat Bircher

raw hulled buckwheat groats (hulled seeds) + water for soaking

raw walnuts + water for soaking (enough to cover)

green apples, cored and chopped

fresh orange juice

ground cardamom
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract or ground vanilla
1/2 tsp
Topping
blueberries

pomegranate

bee pollen
20g
cacao nibs
20g

METHOD

Place the buckwheat and nuts in two separate bowls, cover with water and let them soak for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
After soaking then rinse and drain both bowls.
Place the buckwheat, nuts, apple, orange juice, cardamom and vanilla extract in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Divide the blended porridge in four bowls.
Top with fresh berries, pomegranate, bee pollen and cacao nibs and enjoy!
