Place the buckwheat and nuts in two separate bowls, cover with water and let them soak for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
After soaking then rinse and drain both bowls.
Place the buckwheat, nuts, apple, orange juice, cardamom and vanilla extract in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Divide the blended porridge in four bowls.
Top with fresh berries, pomegranate, bee pollen and cacao nibs and enjoy!
