strawberries (best if a little over ripe or you can use frozen)

blueberries (can use frozen)
135g
raspberries (can use frozen)

natural full fat yoghurt
240ml
soya milk
500ml
lemon, juiced

vanilla extract
6g
honey
40g
ice
200g

METHOD

Remove any unwanted stalks and wash all the soft fruit- if using frozen you can blend when they are still frozen.
Add all the ingredients to a large plastic container and blend on full speed.
Serve immediately and keep refrigerated.
