20g watercress
20g rocket
20g plum tomatoes
10g creamed horseradish
6g low fat spread

Spread low fat spread onto one side of each bread slice.
Evenly place the beef over the base slice of bread, followed by the watercress.
Spread the horseradish over the remaining slice of bread. Place on top of the watercress.
Push together, cut and serve.
